You are encouraged to tweet about your Phil Collins Phriday experience whenever you have the chance. You are also allowed to facebook about it, but it’s not as strongly encouraged. Phil Collins Phriday and Twitter share an Invisible Touch that cannot be changed. If possible, you should also encourage others to join in on the Phil Collins Phriday experience because at the end of the day it is GOOD for them.

Myspace is no place for Phil Collins Phriday talk. FriendFeed is encouraged.

#4 - No Disney Phil Collins Ever

Dru and I skip over EVERY Phil Collins Disney song. This is not your daughter’s Phil Collins Pandora Station. This is the coked-out-pass-me-my-drum-sticks-I-don’t-care-if-you’re-a-boy-or-a-girl-let’s-just-make-out Phil Collins Pandora Station. Ideally, before you skip, you give any Disney Phil song the Thumbs Down button. But, it’s understandable if you’re so desperate to not hear “You’ll Be In My Heart” that you can’t help tripping over your mouse pad to change the track.

#3 - "Friday" is not a day... it is a concept...

The calender wants you to believe that Friday is the sixth day of every week assuming Sunday is the first. While this makes sense in terms of science, it does not make sense in the terms of Phil Collins. To Phil Collins Friday represents that day that serves as the gateway for your freedom.

There’s a reason this blog was created on a Tuesday. This is Dru’s last day of the week. Dru is subsequently rocking out as hard as he can to Steve Winwood, Genesis, Peter Gabriel and the legend Collins. This is Dru’s Friday. Ergo, Phil Collins can be listened to. Much the same way that Mike will listen to Phil Collins tomorrow.

#2 - We Never Skip Over Steve Winwood

Phil Collins keeps amazing company. And not just Michael Eisner. Someone told me once that, to this day, Phil still has a weekly card game with Cher and Peter Cetera. Cher’s tell is blinking more than once per hand. Because PC has such a cadre of musical legendary friends, he has the pick of the litter when stacking his Pandora station. None of these special guests are more crucial than Mr. Steve Winwood. The 2nd rule of Phil Collins Pandora station is we never EVER skip over Steve Winwood. All the doors I closed one time will open up again.

Phil Collins can only be listened to on Fridays.

The power of Collins’ is too too great. It can only be listened to at least once a week… and due to the upbeat melodys, major chord tonality and rock/pop influences we say it can only be listened to on Friday. As a welcome to the upcoming weekend. Phil Collins will harness your energy for a weekend of freedom.

We have thus dubbed Fridays: Phil Collins Phridays.

Phil Collins… man… myth… legend… Pandora Station King.

Mike Scollins and Dru Johnston have been listening to Phil Collins’ Pandora station every Friday for the past few months. But the station holds great power, and wielding the station for too long, or rocking out to the Steve Winwood coming out of our ear buds for longer than necessary has led to serious injury or worse… death.

Against all odds we have successfully wielded the power of the Phil Collins’ Pandora station, and want to spread the wisdom. With great power comes great risk… unless you follow these rules.
